Responsibilities PR, Media Relations & Partnership Strategy Press Office Management: Drafting, localizing, and distributing strategic press releases for Italian media outlets (tech, retail, business). Autonomously or with external media/PR partners Partnership Communication: Ideation and dissemination of communication campaigns to highlight strategic agreements and new integrations in Italy Co-Marketing with Commercial Partners: Managing PR and marketing relationships with Italian commercial partners for the organization and promotion of joint activities (e.g., webinars, workshops, case studies) Digital, Content & Social Media Management Social Media Management (B2C/B2B): Strategic and operational management of LinkedIn Italy and assessment/management of other relevant channels for the Italian market Brand Reputation Management: Monitoring, managing, and nurturing Base.com's brand image and user reviews across partner platforms and review sites (e.g., Shopify App Store, Trustpilot) Content Marketing Strategy: Definition and management of the Italian editorial plan (blog posts, whitepaper localization, creation of Italian success stories) Brand Localization: Adaptation of Base.com's global tone of voice, messaging, and marketing materials to ensure maximum effectiveness in the Italian market Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing: Technical and operational management of email marketing campaigns (Italian newsletters) and flows of leads generated via the HubSpot tool Event Management & Amplification Full Event Management: Operational, logistical, and communication coordination of Base.com Italy's participation in trade shows, conferences, and workshops (both offline and online) Post-Event Amplification: Content creation and strategy to maximize impact and lead generation stemming from event participation Performance Coordination & Reporting SEO/GEO Agency Liaison: Main point of contact and workflow management with any external agencies / consultants dedicated to SEO/GEO strategies, social media, etc External Resource Coordination: Management and technical coordination of external freelancers (e.g., graphic designers, copywriters, videomakers, social media consultants, etc.) for the production of Italian marketing materials Employee Advocacy: Coordination of Italian colleagues to align personal communication on LinkedIn and amplify the brand voice KPI Measurement & Reporting: Constant monitoring and monthly reporting of main marketing KPIs for the Italian market Requirements Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, digital communication, or PR roles Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or tech industry is highly preferred Mindset & Soft Skills: Highly proactive, hands-on approach, and resourceful. Python Developer

We're looking for a Python Developer to join a high-impact team building core infrastructure for one of our company's most critical initiatives. You'll architect the connectivity layer between internal systems and the external platforms they depend on — designing for reliability, scale, and security from day one. You'll work directly with the Team Lead and senior engineers, contributing to architectural decisions that have real product impact. What You'll Do Design and build high-performance Python services alongside senior engineering and product teams — scalable by design, not by accident. Architect integrations with third-party APIs and external platforms, setting the patterns and practices the wider team follows. Own system reliability — build distributed systems that hold up under real financial workloads, with a relentless focus on scalability and security. Translate business requirements into technical architecture, working across product, design, and engineering. Raise the bar on code quality — write clean, testable, efficient Python code and lead thorough code reviews. Requirements 5+ years of Python development experience with deep backend expertise. Proven track record building high-performance APIs with FastAPI or other ASGI-based frameworks. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and distributed systems design. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub preferred), Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). Strong SQL and NoSQL database skills — MariaDB, MongoDB, or similar. The architectural judgment to make the right call under pressure. Clear, direct communication — equally effective with engineers and product leads. Will be a plus: Experience with SSO and Identity Providers, particularly Keycloak.
