About the role We are looking for an experienced product designer to help drive the Typeform AI initiative, ensuring cohesive AI experiences, accelerating product wide adoption, and continuously improving UX and UI across capture, automation, and insights. This role will enable the shift toward an AI native Typeform platform by designing clear, safe, and scalable experiences that help customers confidently create, manage, and extend AI powered workflows across the full product.  This includes unlocking smarter authoring, automation, and insights while maintaining interoperability, governance, and trust.You will join an already formed team focused on building and iterating on these ideas.  The Typeform AI platform already exists, and this role will help build, refine, and systemize those experiences over time.This is where you will come in.  You will help shape how AI is discovered, activated, and used across the end to end Typeform journey, ensuring value is clear during creation, distribution, and insights. Things you will do • Enable the shift toward an AI native Typeform platform through clear and scalable design • Identify, design, and iterate on how users discover, activate, and benefit from AI across the full Typeform journey • Create UX and visual designs for AI driven suggestions, copilots, templates, and action flows • Design interaction models for inline guidance, command surfaces, and background automation • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, AI and ML, and Developer Relations to deliver consistent cross platform experiences • Plan and run research, workshops, and feedback sessions to validate complex workflows, including data access and permissions • Help evolve shared systems and patterns for AI experiences across the product • Use and contribute to the Echo design system to ensure accessible and production ready outcomesWhat you already bring to the table • Seven or more years of industry experience in digital product design • Experience working on complex product areas with multiple stakeholders • Specialism in zero to one product development, not only feature improvements• Confidence across the full design process, from discovery through execution • Strong UX and visual design skills focused on clarity and usability • Hands on experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations • Experience working on AI based products • Experience working with design systems, including contributing new patterns • Proven experience designing SaaS products, with a focus on marketer tools • A solid portfolio of case studies that demonstrate strong thinking and craft • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English* Typeform drives hundreds of millions of interactions each year, enabling conversational, human-centered experiences across the globe.  We move as one team, empowering our collective efforts by valuing each individual’s unique perspective.  This fosters strong bonds grounded in respect, transparency, and trust.  We champion our diverse customer base by anticipating their needs and addressing their challenges with priority.  Committed to excellence, we hold high expectations for ourselves and each other, continuously striving to deliver exceptional results. We’re looking for a Head of Support to own and continuously improve the entire support experience across our products. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success. You will drive a modern support operation that combines AI-powered, human, and developer-led VIP support, ensuring that every client interaction reflects the quality of our products.   What You’ll Do Lead our global support organization, including a human support team, AI-powered support systems, and developer-led VIP support. Own the support strategy, performance metrics, and operational standards for the entire support organization. Continuously improve support quality using data by reviewing tickets, measuring customer satisfaction, and identifying recurring issues and key client pain points. Work closely with development teams to turn recurring support problems into product improvements, reducing future support demand. Collaborate with the AI team to expand automation and strengthen the knowledge base that powers our AI support. Act as the final escalation point for complex or sensitive client situations.   Indicators You’re a Good Fit You have experience in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, allowing you to follow technical discussions and step into complex escalations when needed. You are skilled in modern AI technologies and know how to apply them to real support workflows. You have experience leading and scaling support or customer-facing teams while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ve worked directly with clients and can handle complex or sensitive situations calmly and professionally. You’ve built or delivered products, understanding engineering trade-offs and practical constraints.
