The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Graphic Designer for a prominent client of ours. This is a Hybrid Role in San Francisco, CA 94105 (1 or 2 days on-site / week). Details for the position are as follows: Pay Rate - Upto $56/hr on W2 5 months assignment with HIGH possibility of extension We are looking for a Sr. Designer—a talented, thought-provoking person who must have the ability to help internal stakeholders define and solve complex marketing problems through concept, design, and execution. Who You Are: You have excellent design craft, a wealth of digital & print experience, and impressive conceptual abilities. You're fearless in trying new directions or techniques in order to create something new. You have your finger on the pulse of industry trends and best practices, and you're frequently sought out by other designers for input on their work. You're both a sprinter and a long-distance runner. What You'll Do: During your contract, you'll flex between teams as needed. You'll concept everything from big campaign ideas and event experiences to cohesive design themes for email campaigns and web updates. You will design: Creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns. Webpages and presentations. Immersive experiences for our world-class events, including Dreamforce, the biggest software conference in the world. Anything else our internal clients or the creative team at large needs. Technical Skill Requirements: Portfolio Required Need some Tech industry experience (either direct or through an agency with tech industry clients). 5+ years of graphic design experience. Must have skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite. Teachable skills: Understanding of Salesforce products. Optional skills: Motion, Animation. Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana. Familiarity/working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a big plus. The Role The Sr. Director, National Accounts at Recess, will lead HQ call points with key partners Kroger and Albertsons as well as sales strategy and execution across divisional planning for each account. You'll focus on building strong customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and expanding Recess' footprint across the market. You will bring a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to delivery results while cultivating long-term partnerships. This role is eligible to participate in our Recess Sales Bonus Plan, which will be detailed during the candidate journey.  What You'll Do Deliver against volume, revenue, and market share targets, along with key KPIs (ACV, promo efficiency, trade ROI) Manage trade and promotional budgets, ensuring spending is efficient and aligned to team goals Build and present custom sales pitch decks for Recess products, tailored to each key account Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with buyers and senior account stakeholders Manager P&L for slotting, promotions, and other customer-related expenses  Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, etc.) to execute strong account plans Identify and pursue new business opportunities within identified key channels  Provide accurate, timely reporting on promotional schedules and customer activity What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree preferred 5+ years of CPG specific sales experience, ideally in Mass or Grocery channels Experience with Kroger, Albertsons or other national accounts strongly preferred Robust knowledge of CPG sales processes and promotional planning Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills Engaging presentation and communication skills Strong financial literacy with the ability to manage trade budgets and P&L Results-oriented mindset, adaptable, and comfortable moving quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to travel domestically required Why Recess?
