Proven experience leading design projects and delivering impactful design solutions in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and handle complex, multi-faceted challenges Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. Strong understanding of design systems, user-centered design principles, and best practices for responsive web and mobile design. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience leveraging AI code generation to build interfaces and ship code. Experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries is a plus, but not required.
